PACT is pleased to present our proposed Strategic Plan 2026-2029 to the membership for vote on its approval. Thank you to everyone who participated in this process through surveys, consultation and feedback!

Vote Holder & Voting Information
The organization's vote holder will receive an email from PACT on Thursday, November 13, 2025, notifying them that they are vote holder. If the organization If the organization wishes someone else from the organization to be the vote holder, please contact info@pact.ca by Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 4:00pm ET.
Voting Instructions:
- All Regular, Commercial and Affiliate Members in good standing are eligible to vote on the adoption of the 2026-2029 Strategic Plan.
- Voting will take place through Simply Voting, a secure voting software that will allow members to vote anonymously and ensure that only person per company is allowed to vote.
- On Monday, November 24, 2025, at 1:00pm ET, your organization’s vote holder will receive a unique link from Simply Voting.
- Voting will remain open until Friday, November 28, 2025, at 4:00pm ET.

PACT's 2020-2024 Strategic Plan
Creating a Living, Evolving Document
This plan has been more than a year in the making; it was a process that was begun in Meacham, in 2019, where we received input from you, the membership, and then went through several drafts of writing in order to come up with a strategic plan that reflects your values and concerns. Then COVID happened and we went back to the drawing board to ensure that the final version reflects the current climate in which we create.
In August 2020 we held a session as part of our Digital conference where we gave you an overview of PACT’s new strategic plan. After we all sat with the plan for a few weeks we followed up with a town hall in September where you were able to voice your concerns and comments. We made tweaks and adjustments accordingly.
PACT’s Membership then voted to approve this plan in October 2020.
