ABOUT 

We are thrilled to open applications for the Pitch Party, hosted by Boca del Lupo, taking place on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at Kwanlin Dun Cultural Centre as part of PACTcon 2026. 

This high-energy session gives selected participants the chance to present their work in a fast-paced, dynamic format designed to spark collaboration, touring conversations, and future partnerships.

THE FORMAT 

The Pitch Party uses the PechaKucha-style presentation format, a creative storytelling framework built for clarity, and impact. 

Here’s how it works. You have: 

• 18 slides 

• 18 seconds per slide 

• An auto-advancing presentation (your presentation will not stop!) 

• A total of 324 seconds to tell your story 

The Pitch Party allows for a visual and concise opportunity to connect with your colleagues across the country about exciting work ready that’s ready for a new audience.
