Registration Options

Important notes:

The Pay What You Can Afford early-bird pricing is no longer available. Students, early-career artsworkers, and others who face financial barriers may select the Access Rate.
Sponsoring a delegate from your community but don't know who it will be? On the registration form, use the 'I don't have this information yet' button and we will follow up with you.
The last day to cancel your registration is May 24th. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, and a $50 fee will apply.
From May 25th through June 6th, we will still accept cancellation requests for health reasons such as a positive Covid-19 test. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, and a $95 fee will apply.
Registration does not include accommodation, travel to Kamloops, daily transportation to venues (except where specified), or any optional add-on events with an extra fee. Programming and schedule are subject to change.

Full Registration

$495 + tax

Full access to the gathering, including:

Region & Caucus meetings
Learning & Networking sessions
PACT's Annual General Meeting
Coffee breaks and one catered meal
Transportation to and from Caravan Farm Theatre

Access Rate

$245 + tax

For students, early-career artsworkers, and others who face financial barriers to joining the gathering. This discounted price level offers all the same features as Full Registration.

Local Learning Pass

$95 + tax

Check out PACT while we're in town. Kamloops residents can register to attend portions of the gathering at an affordable price. This pass includes only:
