Our next event in the New Leaders Series is Staff Transition Best Practicestaking place Thursday November 27 at 3:00pm ET.
 
Designed and led by Alison Peddie CHRP, this session will address some best practices on setting your organization up for success when it comes to staff transitions, staff leave, maternity/paternity leave, as well as answering some of your case specific questions submitted in advance.

About the Presenter: 

Alison Peddie CHRP, is the Labour and Employment Relations Manager at PACT. Alison's areas of specialty are Labour Relations and Human Resources. Her HR practices include recruitment, training, and coaching new/early career arts workers, coaching through difficult conversations, and HR Law. Alison’s Labour Relations practice encompasses contracting, scheduling, production related paperwork, and negotiation.

About the New Leaders Series:

Since 2020, our sector has gone through a tremendous amount of change, including an unprecedented increase in turnover of leadership positions. The New Leaders Series is a monthly program curated to support these theatre workers through guest speakers, resource sharing, and peer to peer support.

Each session is 60 minutes, which includes an interactive presentation by invited guests, followed by a moderated Q&A.
