Job Description

Senior Manager, Finance

Are you a dynamic individual with a proven track record of success providing financial management in the arts sector or not-for-profit community?

Are you an innovative professional who can embrace and participate in an environment that encourages respect, open communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving while reflecting organizational values?

Is it exciting to think you can make a positive impact on the regional performing arts community?

Are you ready to “invest” your accounting, financial and business acumen in the Grand’s continued evolution as a leading cultural hub?

If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, wouldn’t it be a Grand time to join our team!

Located in the heart of downtown London, Ontario, the Grand brings the world to London. We are a place for all to gather, discuss, challenge, debate, celebrate, and be inspired and entertained by exceptional theatre experiences.

If you are someone who is inspired by the theatre and about the opportunity to contribute to the success of a true cultural gem within the City of London, please read on.

Working as a close colleague and reporting to the Executive Director, your position as the Senior Manager, Finance is responsible for the overall management of financial and accounting operations, budgeting, banking, investments, and risk management of the organization.

Leading a team of one to two Finance Associates, as well as managing relationships with key external stakeholders, partners, and third-party contractors, you will be part of a collaborative team of senior managers dedicated to the sustainability and success of a vibrant cultural organization integral to the London community.
