Proposed Bylaw Revisions

August 24, 2026

As mentioned at our 2026 AGM, PACT’s Governance and Nominating Committee, led by Nina Lee Aquino and Michael Payette, have been doing a review of the corporation’s bylaws. It had been 13 years since the previous review, and so the aim of this exercise was to clarify elected terms and vacancies, recognize the addition of Colleagues to our organization, and update some language to better reflect our current practices.

These revisions have been endorsed by PACT’s board of directors, reviewed by legal counsel, and are now presented to the membership for review and ratification.
