PACT is looking for part-time Labour Relations Associate to join our team. This position will be an important part of the support network between Canadian theatres and our labour partners. 

Do you have behind-the-scenes work experience in the live performing arts? Are you familiar with Canada's theatre labour agreements and their role in supporting strong employment practice? Are you a team player with great listening and communication skills and are not afraid to jump into the tray when needed? Are patience, discretion, curosity and a sense of humour part of your DNA?
