PACT’s Peer to Peer groups are an opportunity to connect with colleagues who work in similar roles at theatres across the country. Led by peers and PACT staff, these 60-minute sessions offer a casual and conversational forum to share ideas, discuss common challenges, and build on your successes.

Leaders & Staff in Multi-Hyphenate Roles & Staff at Lean Companies *new*:

The peer to peer is open to all leaders and staff who hold multiple roles within their companies, and are working with a smaller or limited staff support. Roles could include one or more of the following: artistic, executive, marketing, or fundraising. Group sizes are kept small to ensure participation and engagement -- so register early!

This Peer to Peer will be held on:
Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 2:30pm ET. 

We look forward to kicking off the 25/26 season!

The confirmation and zoom link will be sent upon registration. 
 
As this a peer led session, during sign up participants will have the opportunity to offer what they would like to discuss with their peers. 

Please register at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the meeting the latest to receive the zoom link. If you have not received a zoom link by then, please contact Program Manager, Patricia at patriciac@pact.ca.
