PACT is hosting a Board of Directors 101 session led by Culture Works Canada (CWC), on Friday, November 28, 1:00pm - 3:00pm ET.

Boards of Directors (BoD) exist for good reason. Sometimes they don't work as well as we'd like. Does everyone know what their role is? Is the responsibility structure clear? Join us to explore BoD 101 with an analytical perspective: looking at the sources of the problem(s) with a Board of Directors, not just the symptom(s).
