The purpose of this training session provided by Kickframe is to help PACT Members and Colleagues identify and act on practical opportunities to use artificial intelligence (AI) in their operations. It builds on the foundations training delivered earlier in the year, moving from a general understanding of AI to the specific tasks and processes where it can make their work more efficient and effective.
Participants will leave with a method for identifying where AI is worth applying in their own organization, and practical resources that can be used afterward.
ABOUT THE SESSION
This is a 2-part training session:
The first session is a 2-hour session and is taking place on Monday, November 16, at 2:30-4:30pm ET.
During the first main session, participants will walk away with:
- Understand what AI and the current generation of AI tools can do for organizations like theirs today.
- Identify which tasks and processes in their own operations are worth applying AI to, and what effective, responsible use looks like.
- Apply practical prompts, tools, and approaches to those tasks, and know what it takes to make them part of how an individual and team works day to day.
- Keep up as AI capabilities develop, and judge what is worth exploring next—understanding that the technology is evolving quickly.
Participants will find opportunities, receive practical examples, and understand how to put the work into practice.
This is an interactive session -- with space for smaller breakout group gatherings, discussions, and problem solving with facilitated discussion running throughout the organization. There will be space at the end of the session for a Q&A, and post-session materials will be sent to all attendees.
The second follow-up session is on Tuesday, December 8 from 2:30-3:30pm ET.
- This session is a 60-minute virtual session with the same group, three weeks after the training, in an informal drop-in format where participants share what they have tried as a result of the session, and work through questions that have come up since. Participants can choose to attend or not attend this session, although it is reccomended to attend and follow up as this is the ony opportunity participants will be able to connect with Tim Dolan after the session with questions.
