Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting the planning, development and execution of all Drama School programming.
- Assisting with the administration of all Drama School programs including maintaining and updating databases including student registrations, account information, statistics and record keeping.
- Maintaining positive communications and fostering relationships with external stakeholders including Drama School families, Drama School educators and YPT staff.
- Administering the Drama School volunteer program, including onboarding and scheduling new & returning volunteer Teaching Assistants.
- Assessing marketing needs and timelines, and coordinating marketing materials with the Marketing department.
- Acting as an onsite representative at all Drama School locations across Toronto.
- Facilitating or assisting in classes as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Minimum two years related experience in an arts education or an education setting.
- Experience teaching and working with children an asset.
- Administrative experience, especially in an educational setting, an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent computer literacy (particularly Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Weekend work required.
- Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.


Compensation & Benefits:
This nine-month, term position has a weekly salary of $820.00 and offers health benefits (after a qualifying period), with pro-rated vacation days.
