New Leaders Roundtable - Staff and Management Relationships

  • DATE: March 26 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm EDT
  • FEE: FREE for Members / FREE for Non-Members
  • VENUE: PACT Zoom
  • OPEN TO: Anyone who has stepped into the role of Artistic Director, Managing Director, and other comparable positions since early 2020.

Since 2020, our sector has gone through a tremendous amount of change, including an unprecedented increase in turnover of leadership positions. The New Leaders Roundtable is a monthly series curated to support these theatre workers through guest speakers, resource sharing, and peer to peer support.

Our next event, Staff and Management Relationships, will convene on Wednesday March 26th, 1pm ET. Our guests for this session are Dr. Grégoire Gagnon and Alison Peddie. In this session, Dr. Gagnon will share a 20 minute presentaion on HR best practices, after which Dr. Gagnon and Alison Peddie will take on questions from the attendees and provide offers on case by case bases. For this session, both our guests will remain for the length of a session, responding to the attendees' questions, in lieu of a peer to peer segment.

We encourage folks to bring in their questions as they relate to relationships between leadership positions within the same organization and staff-related concerns.
