implement the organization's activities. The Executive Director is the spokesperson
for PACT and is responsible for advocacy and Member relations. Please contact

The Advocacy & Development Manager is responsible for coordination of
all aspects of PACT's advocacy and fundraising strategies to further PACT's
mission to be the collective voice of professional Canadian theatres. Members
and Affiliates, please keep Samantha apprised of your theatre's advocacy
activities.
Nan Carson, Labour Relations Manager

The Labour Relations Manager is responsible for
the negotiation and interpretation of PACT's collective agreements. Primary
focus is given to the management of effective collective bargaining and
implementation of the four collective agreements with CAEA, ADC, PGC and
APASQ in close collaboration with the PACT Board and Committees.

The Membership Development Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of PACT's professional development program - including the planning of the annual Conference - and PACT's membership recruitment and retention activities. The Membership Development Manager supervises the execution of PACT's communications strategy including all publications.
