In addition to our core programs and services, PACT has a number of supplementary services available to our members.
The PACT Theatre Health Benefits Insurance Plan was launched at the 2004 PACT AGM. PACT Theatre companies of all sizes are eligible to participate in the plan.
Highlights of the PACT Health Benefits Insurance Plan include:
Continuity of Benefits for seasonal and full time staff
Long Term Disability insurance
Savings in premium, ranging from 15% to 51%
Ability to transfer to the Association Plan without any change in benefit levels - their plan will remain the same or they can enhance benefits and still reduce their annual premium
Healthcare Spending Accounts, either in conjunction with insured benefits or as a cost effective introduction to employee benefits
