PACT regularly designs and facilitates Professional Development (PD) events on topics that vary as widely as the people who comprise the membership. Regardless of your role in the theatre industry, PACT offers a way for you to learn more. Each annual Professional Development program culminates in the PACT Conference, where PACT members are invited to join the larger discussions happening across the country.

Programs and Workshops

1st Thursdays

1st Thursdays provide a monthly forum for PACT members to participate in facilitated teleconference discussions, focusing on a new topic each month. Topics will vary in focus, specific to artistic directors, general managers and beyond. Taking place on the first Thursday of each month, sessions start in October, and are limited to 12 participants per call and are offered at no charge to PACT members.
